Landesart, LLC is a creative endeavor founded in 2003 by Landscape Architect and Botanical Illustrator Sarah Washburn.

Residential Landscape Design Studio: We combine environmental sensibilities and practical knowledge with artistry and imagination to create a thoughtful and responsible design.

We place a special emphasis on sustainable design using native plants or native associates to recreate historic plant communities, provide wildlife habitat, increase biodiversity, decrease long-term maintenance, and to create a garden to nourish the soul as well as the eye.

From initial phone consultation to project completion, Landesart, LLC works with you to create an inviting landscape design that is attuned to your needs and will provide you with a sound investment, growing in value financially as well as aesthetically.

Sarah leads the Residential Design Studio with a Landscape Architecture Degree from the University of California, Davis and seven years of professional design experience.

Botanical Illustration Studio: Sarah is currently completing the Certificate in Botanical Illustration program at the Denver Botanic Gardens and is available for custom work.
