This
project was a renovation of an abandoned 1900's brownstone into six individual
apartments. The landscape intent is to create a formal appearance in harmony
with the building's formal character. This is implemented with a small manicured
lawn area on the inside of a boxwood hedge and ornamental fence perimeter,
upright junipers, and symmentrical, understated plantings.
